Blog Me Cash: Blog Carnival 1

Sunday 26 August 2007 @ 2:47 pm

Welcome to the first edition of the Blog Me Cash Blog Carnival. I received a great response and have decided to limit the number of stories to 10 each edition (from my second edition onwards) as I don’t want it to turn into a massive link fest like I have seen some others become. This means that I will choose my favorite stories for the forth-coming editions (and keep a couple for the ones to follow).

I hope you enjoy reading these articles as much as I did:

Blog Me Cash Blog Carnival: Call For Submissions

Saturday 18 August 2007 @ 2:43 pm

I’ve submitted a few posts on this blog to blog carnivals and I’ve got good responses. It’s good for networking and meeting other bloggers and it’s also good for getting links and traffic. I waited for a while before beginning to submit posts to blog carnivals because I just didn’t know how or where to do it and didn’t take the time to find out. Once I did, I realized how simple it really is and kicked myself for not participating sooner.

Blog Carnival

You may be asking right now, just what they heck is a Blog Carnival? Good question. Blog carnivals are group writing efforts that take place when a blogger requests other bloggers to write posts centered around a certain theme. A date is given by which time all posts have to be submitted. The blogger will then review the submitted posts to make sure they fit with the theme. After the deadline has passed, the blogger writes a post linking back to some or all of the submitted articles, usually with a brief commentary on each one.

There is so much stuff in the blog-o-sphere, just finding interesting stuff is hard. If there is a carnival for a topic you are interested in, following that carnival is a great way to learn what bloggers are saying about that topic. If you are blogging on that topic, the carnival is the place to share your work with like-minded bloggers.

Blog Carnival is the place to come to find carnivals you are interested in, to submit your blog articles to carnivals where they belong, and to organize and maintain carnivals. All this is for free.

The first edition of my Blog Me Cash Blog Carnival is now open for submissions. The theme is “How one can make money (legally) on the net“.

Submit your blog article to this edition of “Blog Me Cash”! Use our carnival submission form.

The last date of submission is 26th Aug. 2007. The first edition of the blog carnival will go live on 27th Aug. 2007.

Drive Traffic To Your Web Sites For Free

Wednesday 15 August 2007 @ 9:18 am

RealTrafficExchange is a traffic exchange network with a difference. This is a high quality network that works much like AdWords and AdSense (only it’s a lot easier).

Here’s how it works:

  • You sign up for a free account.
  • You add sites into the network, which are reviewed for quality and content.
  • You drop some javascript onto those sites, and when your visitors click on the targeted, AdSense-like ads shown on your pages, you earn credits.
  • You spend those credits by creating your own ads which get shown on targeted pages relating to your ads.

The ads that appear on your pages are targeted to your page content. If no ads are found matching your page content, then ads from the same category are displayed. In like manner, your ads are displayed on pages matching the content and/or category of your ad.

It is easy. In just a few minutes you can be ready to roll.

What Are You Waiting For? Sign up now.
